I’m lucky to be living in a beautiful part of the world and fortunate to be able to paint where I love to live.
Inspiration comes from driving the back roads and country lanes, with every bend providing yet another ‘wow’ moment.
Even if it’s just a fleeting glimpse, come rain or shine, different time of the day or seasonal change there is always a view worthy to be captured in paint. For me this is prime art country.

I am a self taught artist and a qualified architect. I worked 30 years in the construction industry but it was art that gave me my go to place when stress needed a vent.
I have always painted for myself and selected topics that interest me. However, my paintings have been positively received by others and I’m happy to share my work with all who want to see it.
